Our Team：
Yaqi Mao, film producer, music producer, CEO of TIYU Entertainment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Graduated from the Motion Picture and Television in Academy of Art University with a master's of fine art degree. Director of MV "Black Hole" won the Best Music Video in London Independent Film Award and the Vegas Film Award. In 2019, he collaborated with Oscar-winning producer Jana Sue Memel to shoot the movie "Starting Over" and the movie theme song "Apple Pow". The director of non-profit advertisement "Sincerely, I hope you could be with me" won the third prize of the National Public Service Advertising Competition of the Ministry of Education in China. He build up "Tafee Crys" music creation team with Zheng Wu. The short film "Free Ride" scored by the team has won best short in Los Angeles Film Awards. Their original rock music "People Forget" won the silver medal in the Best Song and Best Lyrics at the Global Music Award. Yaqi Mao has worked at the Nanhai Art Center in San Francisco and served as an art director in a TV show in Silicon Valley.
Zheng Wu, filmmaker, music producer, co-founder of TIYU Entertainment (Beijing) Co., Ltd., composer, sound designer, clarinet player. Graduated from Academy of Art University with a master's degree, Shaanxi Normal University and received a bachelor's degree. In 2019, he co-produced the short film "Starting Over" in San Francisco with Oscar-winning producer Jana Sue Memel. He also studied performing arts as an exchange student at the Paris X University in Paris, France. He is under the instruction of famous film composer Gunnard Doboze (who has won the Oscar documentary best score twice). He was also the composer assistant of composer Carla Lucio in Los Angeles . Her works include two operas "Urnos" (2001) and "Juana" (2019). "Tafee Crys" is an independent music creation team, formed by him and Yaqi Mao, their music has been on-line in iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, NetEase and other major networks of music platforms. He has been a DJ on the San Francisco Chinese radio station "Sing Tao". He has also worked as a recording assistant at the San Francisco sound studio "One Union Studio", and stage setting in the San Francisco Herbst Theater.
